Classes
Core Conditioning - Not just a series of exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates to strengthen AND lengthen muscles with a focus on the body's CORE. This class adds pilates props to transform a new you.
Power Pilates - This class gets right to the core with Pilates moves designed to keep you at the top of their game. With powerful and vigorous overtones you'll strengthen muscles, improve movement, and prevent injury. This class is great for all levels of fitness.
Pilates Fusion - Based on traditional pilates exercises, this class also incorporates athletic training moves to provide a workout that will improve core strength, balance and flexibility.
Ballet body - Have you ever envied the body of a Ballet Dancer? Don't envy it... get it! Learn the principles of ballet while creating a long lean body.
Corrective yoga - Welcome to Yoga! This class is designed to familiarize beginners with basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques. With an emphasis on personal instruction, this class gives you a solid foundation before moving into and on to other yoga classes. All Levels Welcome.
Baila Yoga - Focus and breathe clearly as you glide through layers of movements inspired from yoga, martial arts, modern and ballet dance and pilates disciplines. Flow freely to music while working toward the toned, sleek body you desire.
